Chief Estimator Overview
We are in search of an exceptionally talented Chief Estimator to become a part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the estimating team in generating comprehensive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, ensuring precision and competitiveness.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to ascertain the scope of work and necessary components of the estimate.
  • Leverage historical data, subcontractor quotations, and industry best practices to formulate cost models and estimates.
  • Facilitate and engage in bid reviews with senior management and project stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of estimators, offering guidance, training, and support as required.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to guarantee competitive pricing and dependable partnerships.
  • Collaborate intimately with project managers, engineers, and clients to comprehend project requirements and limitations.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments to modify estimating strategies and uphold competitiveness.

Position Requirements:

  • A degree from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or 15 years of equivalent construction experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and Office applications.
  • A highly driven individual with a strong desire to learn and progress in your career as an employee-owner.
