Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for projects in compliance with company policies and FRGs.
  • Prepare precise forecasts of Profit & Loss and Free Cash Flow on a monthly and yearly basis, analyzing assumptions to explain variances and guiding the project team to meet forecast objectives.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Project Team by collaborating, leading, and educating team members on financial and compliance matters.
  • Assist the Project Manager in identifying, reporting, and mitigating non-conformance costs, and integrate lessons learned into project practices.
  • Lead the identification and reporting of risks and opportunities for the project, managing contracts and claims in line with compliance guidelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, including management teams, HR, Quality Management, and suppliers.
  • Engage in change order negotiations with customers, leading from a commercial perspective to ensure favorable pricing and proposals.
