- Manage Medications: Verify prescriptions, compound medications, and ensure accurate dispensing of medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Communicate with medical providers to clarify prescriptions, dosages, and refills, and provide feedback on patient outcomes.
- Support Pharmacy Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to the development of procedures to optimize pharmacy financials and inventory management.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and insurance.
