Essential skills include basic knife proficiency, and candidates are expected to provide their own tools. The role demands the ability to remain on one’s feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. A valid food handler's permit is required, along with the capability to showcase safe food handling practices to prevent cross-contamination. A positive demeanor and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential attributes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dismantle the assigned station.
  • Utilize downtime effectively through knife work or cleaning tasks.
