Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in leading teams involved in project management, application development, and support of large-scale, customized ERP systems.
  • Proven project management capabilities in both ticket-based and bundled project environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the staff, budget, strategic roadmap, and support activities related to the ERP system while balancing organizational needs.
  • Engage in major strategic and operational decisions regarding the LME ecosystem.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of the ERP system throughout all development and support phases.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department and across the organization.
  • Identify and address gaps in system documentation, ensuring resilience and redundancy.
  • Foster a culture that prioritizes business processes over technology, integrating business process consulting into project frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and maintain effective communication with business sponsors.
  • Work with the Application Portfolio team to manage system upgrades and patches.
  • Continuously seek to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity through process modernization and resource optimization.
  • Partner with Human Resources to recruit, onboard, and train new employees, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Plan and manage team workflows to ensure high performance.
  • Implement effective performance management strategies, including goal setting and constructive feedback.
  • Design ongoing training programs for team members and monitor their development progress.
