We are seeking a talented Sleep Medicine Physician to join our team at Optum Care Delivery in Seattle, WA.

- 18-20 patients per day

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine at the time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
We welcome candidates with experience in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine, proficiency in EPIC EMR, and Board Certification in Sleep Medicine at the time of employment.
The salary range for this role is $317,883 to $475,000 per year. This figure is based on the company's assessment of the local labor market, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.
