Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping - Houseperson - Part Time to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Housekeeping - Houseperson - Part Time, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in public areas or guest rooms.
  • Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
  • Remove items from hallways and transport them to service areas, including debris, room service food and beverage trays, unread newspapers, soiled linens, and trash.
  • Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Support team members to reach common goals.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
  • No related work experience is necessary.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
