Key Responsibilities- Meet monthly sales targets and profit objectives
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage vehicle inventory and days' supply
- Work closely with the General Manager to forecast sales and expenses
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
