About the Role:This Medical Assistant/X-Ray position plays a vital role in the medical office setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. As a Medical Assistant/X-Ray, you will be responsible for performing administrative and clinical duties, including taking patients to rooms, greeting patients, obtaining vital signs, scheduling appointments, and assisting with medical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing clinical functions, such as taking patients to rooms, greeting patients, and obtaining vital signs
- Assisting with medical procedures, including phlebotomy and radiology
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining electronic medical records
- Working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Graduate of a medical assistant program or one year of experience as a Medical Assistant
- One of the following certifications: LXMO, LXMOT, RAD, or RADT
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
