Dishroom Attendant

This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean work environment at Saint Joseph's College of Maine. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all cookware, small wares, and items used in food production and serving.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to established cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Practice cleaning-as-you-go techniques to ensure a smooth and efficient food service operation.
• Exercise safe techniques and practices when interacting with the environment, equipment, food products, chemicals, and people.
• Ensure utensils, plates, glasses, and other items are plentiful for guests without compromising cleanliness.
• Assist Chefs with basic food preparation and be cross-trained to work various food service stations.
