Critical Care Specialist for SCP Health

We are seeking a Critical Care Specialist to join our team at SCP Health.
Overview: Our Emergency Department is a Level III Trauma Center, serving Northeast Missouri with 93 hospital beds and 12,000 annual ED volume. We offer specialized stroke and chest pain intervention, as well as helipad access for critical air ambulance transfers.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000-$300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 24-hour physician coverage in the Emergency Department
- Develop and implement treatment plans for critically ill patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency medicine best practices
Requirements:
- Board Certification not required, but ACLS, ATLS, PALS certification required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
