Job Summary

The Critical Care Nurse Specialist at JobRialto provides exceptional, high-quality care to a predominantly geriatric patient population in the Emergency Room. This role involves the full scope of nursing responsibilities, from assessment and planning to implementing and evaluating care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient-Centered Care: Deliver tailored care plans for geriatric patients through assessments, planning, and implementation.
  • Care Evaluation: Ensure high standards of emergency care are met by evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Staff Guidance: Direct and guide patient education, support staff activities, and ensure adherence to professional nursing standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for geriatric patients with complex health conditions.
Required Qualifications
  • Nursing Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an Emergency Department or Critical Care setting.
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
