Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Surveyor to join our team in Florida. The successful candidate will work on various projects, including commercial, retail, and residential properties, and will be responsible for preparing site or building information models and CAD deliverables.

• Collect and analyze field data using surveying equipment and software.
• Utilize reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, and aerial photographs to assess project needs and develop effective project approaches.
• Assist in the recovery of survey control and monumentation, construction layout, and the collection of invert and subsurface utility information.
• Recommend new approaches and ideas to improve efficiency and services performed.

• High School diploma or higher required; Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field preferred.
• Experience in topographic, boundary, utility survey, and construction layout, with proficiency in GPS and CAD software.
• Strong mathematical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work well individually and within groups.
• Excellent analytical and judgment capabilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
