Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Services Technician to join our team at Oroville Hospital. As a key member of our Emergency Services Department, you will provide critical support to our nursing staff, ensuring the efficient and effective care of patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courier service and transportation of patients to and from other departments
  • Assist with patient care, including vital sign checks, IV setup, and wound care
  • Stock rooms with supplies and linen, and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Operate medical equipment, including cardiac monitors and automatic blood pressure devices
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Current American Heart Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • EMT Certification preferred
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
