Job Summary
We are seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team at Cadence Academy Preschool of Oswego. As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote child development and learning
- Lead a team of teachers to ensure a high-quality educational experience for our students
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school culture
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education
