- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development
- Partner with parents and families to provide exceptional care and education
- Support the success of our center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement efforts
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
