Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Telemetry Unit at SSM Health. As a Medical-Surgical Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Telemetry Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Document patient information and progress in the medical record.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
