Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ECGs, and other vital signs to identify potential issues.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
