Key Responsibilities- Meat Product Preparation: Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
- Quality Control: Maintain product quality standards and ensure that all meat products meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating meat products.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and sanitize equipment, including meat saws, grinders, and wrappers.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a meat department or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills.
