Overview:
As a Lead Structural Bridge Engineer, you will leverage your extensive technical and leadership expertise to provide exceptional service to our clients and communities. Collaborating with a talented team of engineers, you will engage in innovative and challenging projects while playing a key role in advancing the company's technical and project delivery goals.
Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, development, coordination, and execution of multiple large-scale and intricate projects.
- Manage and deliver federally-funded initiatives for State and Local Agency clients.
- Act as a technical authority in applying advanced engineering theories, concepts, and methodologies to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Organize and direct the activities of a team of engineers and technicians.
- May serve as the resident engineer or structural representative on construction assignments.
- Build and maintain relationships with a network of contacts and clients to foster future project opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Idaho Civil Engineer P.E. License in good standing with a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, including at least five years in a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role focused on transportation projects.
