Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and other traumatic physical injuries.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including speech, physical, and occupational therapy professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in peer review and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 2 years of experience in acute rehabilitation is preferred.
