Nurse Care Specialist

South Ogden Post Acute is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing and have effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-quality care to geriatric patients requiring 24/7 attention.
- Order and administer medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed.
- Notify physicians and family members of changes in patient condition.
- Administer professional nursing practice services, including tube feedings, suction, catheterization, and dressing changes.
- Monitor patients' conditions and advocate for their needs.
- Accurately complete necessary charting in a timely manner.
