Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Stainless Steel Fabrication Specialist to join our team at AFB Manufacturing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for welding stainless steel equipment using Gas Tungsten Arc (TIG) welding techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality welds, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates with English and Spanish language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting shop drawings and specifications
  • Welding thin gage stainless steel using TIG techniques
  • Working in a team environment to meet production deadlines
  • Producing zero defects and meeting quality standards
  • Participating in first piece approvals and final part inspections
