Achieve Sales and Service Targets

Meet or exceed sales and service targets by effectively marketing and selling banking products and services to clients.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices to enhance sales and service performance.
Operations Oversight

Ensure accurate and efficient processing of banking transactions and services.

  • Process banking transactions and services accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience preferred.
