Hardware Specialist

Job DescriptionThis role involves providing technical support for automated medication dispensing cabinets in healthcare environments nationwide. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing hardware replacements, including hard drive swaps (training provided)
- Sites cleanup: submitting and closing out all RMA's for projects, returning/disposing of unused implementation materials
- Communicating with specialists, consultants, project support managers, account personnel about project status, milestones, and problems
- Additional responsibilities after training may include installing, configuring, and supporting pharmaceutical hardware/software remotely or onsite; troubleshooting hardware/software and communicating problems with stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong technical service background
- Experience with hardware break/fix (support, repair, replacement, disposal)
- Availability for national weekly travel
- Desirable experience working in healthcare environments
