Salary Information$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, offering a competitive salary based on location and experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an RBT who will work closely with children with autism or other developmental challenges, providing ABA therapy and implementing their treatment plan under the direction and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate should be well-organized, flexible, and open to hearing feedback.

The RBT will be responsible for collecting and entering data from each session electronically daily, using our provided training systems. Our experienced team of clinical supervisors, managers, and mentors will provide full training and support to ensure the RBT's personal and professional growth.

This is an hourly job with the potential to be either part-time or full-time, depending on the number of cases the RBT prefers to take on. We offer flexible hours to accommodate your needs and work-life balance.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • RBT Certification: Hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician certification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail in collecting and entering data accurately.
