Easterseals Central Texas is a leading provider of early childhood intervention services in Central Texas. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Early Childhood Intervention team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of infants and toddlers with special needs and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine-based specialized skills training and family training to infants and toddlers aged 0-3, and their parents.
  • Train and coach families on strategies for supporting child development, including behavioral interventions and adaptive equipment use.
  • Conduct home visits and provide ongoing support to families in their natural environments.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, educators, and social services agencies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices in early childhood intervention.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with infants and toddlers, preferably those with special needs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
