About This Opportunity

CareATC is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary treatment team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive primary care and occupational health services to the employees and families of Rhode Island Power & Light.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in a Health Center setting, focusing on chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide primary care and occupational health services, including prescribing medications, treatments, and health regimens as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote health, disease management, and prevention.
  • Participate in on-site credentialing and maintain current licensure in the state(s) where you will practice.
  • Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards.
Requirements
  • Must see children ages 2+.
  • Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
  • Current license in the state(s) where Nurse Practitioner will practice.
  • DEA required for prescribing and dispensing.
  • DOT Certification and Certified Medical Examiner.
