The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and enjoyable experience at our events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate venue information and policies to guests in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactively assist guests to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
  • Answer questions about venue programs, such as upgrades and fan merchandise.
  • Assist guests with needs, including finding seats, relocating seats, escorting guests to artist meet & greets, and finding lost items.
  • Direct restroom and concessions lines to minimize guest waiting times.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in our sustainability program by implementing initiatives to conserve resources and reduce waste.
  • Partner with other team members to close the venue at the end of events.
  • Report maintenance and cleaning issues to the respective department manager in a timely manner.
  • May fill in temporarily with other departments to support staffing levels during peak or break times.
  • Greet guests as they enter and leave the venue, and distribute advertising materials as needed.
  • Check restrooms frequently to ensure guest lines are moving and alert the cleaning team when necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in guest services and communications.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this position in California is $18.75 USD - $20.00 Hourly.
