Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the operating room unit, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
- Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards, promoting a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and training, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements:
- Education: Valid RN license in the state of New York.
