Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Perinatal Care Specialist to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc. in our Women's Services department.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description:

The Perinatal Care Specialist will provide high-quality patient care and support to women during their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum periods. This includes administering medications, collecting specimens, performing clinical treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth transitions
  • Educating patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
  • Providing emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families
  • Participating in fetal monitoring certification classes and STABLE certification training

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Wyoming RN license
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Emergency Medical Faculty (EMF)/American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) certifications
  • RN experience in the nursery and labor and delivery departments
