Travel Nurse ICU/Critical Care RN

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Washington, DC. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch care to patients in need.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the ICU/Critical Care unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform various medical procedures, such as inserting IV lines and administering blood transfusions.
- Document patient information and progress in the medical record.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington, DC.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU/Critical Care nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
