We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at a top-rated facility in Washington, DC. As a critical care travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on care for critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care strategies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in staff training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- 1-2 years of recent experience in ICU/Critical Care nursing.
- Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states.
- Additional requirements and certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit.
- An enthusiastic and adventurous spirit with a desire to help.
- Covid-19 vaccine required.
