Job Summary

Pulice Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dirt Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor craft personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Direct the work of assigned crews to meet daily schedules and production targets.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency on site.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, reports, and other documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts, as required.
