Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Service Team Associate to join our KFC Washington team

Estimated Salary: $12-$15 per hour (dependent on location and experience)

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.

  • Maintaining Restaurant Standards: Adhere to established guidelines, including food safety, quality control, and presentation standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, managers, and customers through clear, concise language and positive body language.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly and safely around the restaurant.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
