Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in the Placerville area. As a key member of our education staffing team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of elementary school students throughout the entire school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary through high school students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP, targeting specific speech and language goals
  • Conduct individual or group therapy sessions, as appropriate, to improve students' communication skills
  • Collaborate with the school staff, parents, and other professionals to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of intervention strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid SLPA license
