Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Broker to join our team. As a Broker at Windermere, you will serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, assisting them in marketing and purchasing properties.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in marketing and purchasing properties for the best price and terms, utilizing your knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values and provide clients with accurate and reliable information.
  • Market real estate listings to potential buyers through various channels, including online platforms and open houses.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to clients on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Proficient computer skills to utilize industry-specific software and technology.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to conduct property showings and other business-related activities.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
