Our Seattle office is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Agent to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. The role involves promoting property listings and offering expert advice to clients throughout the buying and selling process. Key Responsibilities
1. Guide and assist clients in marketing and purchasing properties at optimal prices and terms.
2. Provide essential information on legal regulations, market rates, and property availability.
3. Create and manage comprehensive listings of properties for sale.
4. Showcase properties to prospective buyers and address any inquiries or concerns.
5. Stay informed about market trends and best practices in real estate.

Qualifications
- Must possess a valid real estate license or be currently enrolled in a real estate program. If you are not licensed, consider joining and use the code WC30 for a discount.
- Proven track record of successful sales.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
