Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing general housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident suites, public areas, and support spaces. You will also be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and redistributing community laundry.
Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support spaces as assigned while meeting or exceeding company quality standards.
- Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
- Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote risk management programs and policies.
- Practice safety procedures at all times, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following Lockout Tagout procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred.
- Able to operate cleaning equipment, such as irons, washers, dryers, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance standards.
- Able to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
- Basic knowledge of and ability to read and communicate in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a community setting required.
