Senior Research and Evaluation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research and Evaluation Specialist to join our team at the National Council on Aging. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in supporting research, evaluation, and data analysis across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement research studies to measure the impact of our programs and services.
  • Apply advanced research methodologies and statistical techniques to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and generate reports and other products to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with program teams to support strategic planning and other organizational initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a social science field, such as public health, healthcare, or data science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and evaluation, preferably in a non-profit or government organization.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
