Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team in Canton. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Implement individualized behavior plans, as outlined by BCBAs
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move with clients as needed
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
