Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for school-age students in the Piedmont, CA area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a valid state SLPA license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Utilize AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) strategies to support students with communication needs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech therapy
Requirements
  • Active or pending state SLPA license
  • Minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience
  • Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure preferred but not required
  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
