Our ApproachWe offer integrated services across the continuum of care, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, cognitive care, and telemedicine. Our centers are earning quality assurance accreditation and pioneering person-directed care.
What We Offer- Competitive pay rates up to USD $20.62/Hr
- Exceptional benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision

- Pay advance and next day pay, paid time off (PTO), and reward & recognition program
- Provide daily personal care to residents
- Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
- Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
- Record vital signs and other information as assigned
- Observe residents and report any changes in condition
- Current nursing certification from the state
- Current/active CPR certification
