Responsibilities

  • Pouring beer, wine, and other beverages responsibly and properly to maintain the highest quality of product and service.
  • Ensuring a seamless service experience by quickly and accurately making drinks for guests and the service well.
  • Performing bar-related tasks, including restocking, changing kegs, cutting fruit, and maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Providing friendly and welcoming service to each guest, while being knowledgeable about all food and beverages served.
  • Maintaining contact with kitchen staff, management, and FOH staff to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
  • Completing all tasks and trainings assigned by management staff.

Requirements

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Proficient knowledge of beer styles, flavor profiles, and spirits.
  • Experience in running an efficient, high-volume well.
  • Familiarity with reservation platforms.
  • High-level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to competently use tablets and other electronic devices.
  • Basic understanding of draft systems and opening/closing procedures.
