About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee the applicant process by reviewing and qualifying applications and resumes. This person will be eager to learn our business model and recruiting process, which are critical to our success. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and qualify applications and resumes for qualified candidates.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for our company.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified long-haul drivers.
  • Utilize a sales-based recruitment strategy and coordinate training initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation needed within company and vendor databases.
  • Participate in regular department update meetings and update Driver Recruiting Documentation.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar field (preferred)
  • Experience in the Transportation industry (preferred)
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred)
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
