About the Role

Daniel Defense LLC is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure equipment is operational and running at optimal levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the company's efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of prior manufacturing experience in a metal working environment or a combination of related experience, education, and/or training.
  • Skills: Knowledge of GD&T, Solidworks, CNC Programming, Mastercam, or similar software.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds, intermittent standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the work day.
