NetSuite Advisory Application Administrator

N-able is seeking an experienced NetSuite Advisory Application Administrator to manage the ongoing administration and optimization of our NetSuite platform. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and efficiency of master data and recurring processes within the NetSuite environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, including user setup, permissions, roles, and security configurations.
  • Facilitate project estimation and tracking, including sprint management for application updates and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to respond to data-related requests, including GDPR and security compliance inquiries.
  • Ensure data accuracy by managing duplicates, customer records, distributor information, and more.
  • Resolve customer portal issues, such as login problems and system errors.
  • Customize and configure NetSuite objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, and page layouts.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols related to roles, permission sets, sharing settings, and login access policies.
  • Monitor NetSuite environments and collaborate with developers to ensure code coverage and system performance meet company standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sandbox refreshes, updates, and security patching.
  • Coordinate and execute deployments in collaboration with the NetSuite admin team.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for third-party application integrations and enhancements.
  • Perform data manipulation and cleanup tasks using NetSuite's tools, such as Import Assistant and Data Loader.
  • Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members and end-users on new functionalities and best practices.
  • Assist with third-party software integrations, ensuring seamless operation and data flow.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite releases, security updates, and best practices through research and training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration.
  • NetSuite Administrator certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite customization, including workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with data management tools such as NetSuite Data Loader, Import Assistant, and CSV imports.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite APIs, integrations, and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating sprints and tracking project progress.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
