Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
- Assist customers with directions, local information, and service inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls for reservations and general inquiries, providing information and solutions.
- Conduct follow-up calls for customer management and other assigned tasks.
- Evaluate the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
- Report any customer or vehicle issues to management promptly.
- Continuously enhance your skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored educational opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
