Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • Assist customers with directions, local information, and service inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations and general inquiries, providing information and solutions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for customer management and other assigned tasks.
  • Evaluate the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management promptly.

Qualifications:
