Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the entire logistics process, from acquisition to delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, warehouses, and transportation hubs to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage driver community and develop a positive drive culture
  • Recruit and manage carriers, owner operators, and drivers to meet operational needs
  • Build and maintain regional supplier relationships and manage key performance indicators
  • Conduct system updates and driver improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate and coach drivers to ensure consistency and exceptional customer experience
  • Coordinate and conduct training and onboarding of drivers
  • Ensure application adoption by drivers and clients
  • Work closely with the control tower to ensure timely delivery of client loads
  • Collaborate with the HSE & Compliance Manager to manage risk and communicate with drivers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in truck operations or a related field, with prior CPG industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
