Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
**Job Description:**
- We are looking for a highly skilled individual to manage external and internal calls, take messages, and provide general information to guests, residents, and employees.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
- Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate messages to the intended recipient.
- Greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and provide directions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One to three years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
